Focusing
on extreme poverty
We are an institution
for the poorest people in our society. Here they can get over
poverty, exclusion and loneliness. We provide a home, food,
medical care, education, workshops, employment, and human warmth.
Our main feature is that we take care of every aspect of the
person, without time-boundaries or cost limits, in a true commitment
with people. Each one is important for us, and we make our best
to fully reintegrate them in society. |
Every individual arriving to our center becomes
a member of the family. If he (or she, in short) wants to go back
to a normal life, we will be giving them the necessary support,
no matter the cost nor the time.
We are a non profit association declared of public
interest by the Spanish Government in 1997, whose main activity
is the rehabilitation of abandoned and socially excluded people.
Amongst the groups
we work with, the most important ones are alcohol-addicts, mentally
ill patients, homeless, the socially unadapted, extremely poor,
unemployed handicapped, etc., that is to say, the groups not
being assisted by the public/private services to a certain extent.
Our staff counts about 50 people, some are volunteers, some
are employed. |
